Loved this class. Coppock is so entertaining and the topics are very relevant. I found it much more interesting than 201.

Amazing class! Professor Coppock makes the lectures very interesting! The exams can be tricky but if you attend the lectures, you should be fine. Also, the textbook he's written is very easy to understand.

Straight forward class, he gives you everything you need to be successful. Grading is consistent and straight forward. The final was tricky but the curve was more than fair.

Coppock is honestly overrated. His lectures were good-ish. His exams were a bit silly, I thought. Sometimes the TA's will act unbelievably stubborn while grading you and will insist on 'a' word when you can explain something in many ways..all these things detract from the class' quality. Also, his syllabus is not very well thought out. He doesn't cover inflation very well and sometimes attempts to simplify concepts like a flowchart where events lead to specific, definite results but thats not the case in the real world. Id say that if you can find another teacher to teach Econ 202 to you then its a far better alternative because you will then learn it more traditionally and not in Coppock's way

He was an awsome teacher. Make sure you read the text book and do the surveys.

Great class. Coppock's book is very consistent with his lectures. It's not hard to do well if you pay attention and apply yourself. The final is tricky, so don't bank on the dutch knockout.
