The class material is interesting, but I think the class is too big. If it was a smaller class it would be much more enjoyable.

His lectures were very fun, but still, a disappointing class. Study my ass off, but end up with a B+

A very good class, and a very good professor. If you have time to do the readings you will do fine. Some of them can be dry but overall they aren't bad.

Class is mostly theoretical so math isn't as important. The two tests and the final are based off of lectures, so don't focus on the book as much. The multiple choice final is hard but manageable if you study; still, don't put all of your faith in getting the Dutch Knockout.

Class was fun and interesting. Study for the midterm and final and you will do well. For the tests he pulls some random facts from his lecture slides.
