Oh Coppock. I enjoyed his lectures and thought I really understood the material but then his final was ridiculous. Still you have to take Econ202 for the major so grin and bear it (or don't if you aren't a major).

If you can get into a small-lecture that woulud STRONGLY be encouraged. It is tough to get a good grade b/c midterms are tricky. Study a ton for the final and take your time on it. Know random facts like quotes from famous economists and yearly data figures. Don't skip any lectures. The notes are important.
I felt he was a great in lecture, and all his tests were based off notes, no need to buy the book.
I thought Coppock was a great teacher. Explained difficult concepts easily in class. Pretty Funny. Not necessary to read the book if you go to every class and take good notes. Not really necessary to do anything outside of class. Be warned, some people who "just got" 201 have trouble in this class. Its not really a hard class, but the material is less intuitive.
Lectures were enjoyable and as entertaining as you can make econ. The midterms and final included a lot of random/trivial information about statistics and economists who were not stressed in lecture. But overall it was a worthwhile class.
You feel like you are learning a great deal in this class. Then you take the final and he tricks you. I personally did terrible in this class and unless you can devote a HUGE amount of time to it, don't take it.
The class was enjoyable and he handles the large lecture very well. Midterms are very similar to his notes but the final is difficult.
Good course. However, he will attempt to screw you by having you identify an excessive number of statistics/quotes/people etc.
Good lecturer and he makes his classes interesting despite their size. Tests are very fair and easy if you study the lecture notes.
Not a great class, but necessary for economics/commerce kids. Go to lectures and do the readings and you'll be fine.
