Great lecturer but the midterms are very challenging.

Thomas is a great lecturer, but the tests are brutal -- massive amounts of memorization and lots of reading. Not quite the 200-level class I was expecting, but worthwhile, nonetheless. Probably the fastest 50 minutes of lecture in any class I've taken -- maybe because I'm writing so fast. ;)
