The Alpha Kappa Delta Lambda Chapter at UVA aims to raise awareness of socially relevant issues and introduce students to the field of sociology. We provide experiences that foster mental growth, inspire action, and offer networking opportunities with professionals. Our activities, including social events, field trips, and guest speakers, cultivate enthusiasm for sociology and promote the International Sociology Honor Society, Alpha Kappa Delta.
