Club Description

Deafness Education & Awareness For Students is a student-run organization that strives to bring awareness to Deaf culture and American Sign Language (ASL) around grounds. Through recurring meetings, field trips, and partnering with the UVA American Sign Language department, our organization brings to light the history of the Deaf community, discusses current news/issues in the Deaf world, and supports ASL students at the university.
