Heavily recommend taking this course; it is quite beneficial for self-growth, and you learn a lot about yourself. No hard assignments, all you have to do is daily journaling. There is one final, which is a take-home, and the midterm is really easy.

10/10 recommend taking. Prof. Maxwell is very chill and truly just wants to facilitate community and self growth. We have daily journals and meditation. There are also some readings, but they aren't super difficult and are mainly just used to facilitate conversation in class, so you don't need full comprehension. This class was a really nice break to help slow down, especially in a busy semester and you'll make friends :)

Have to go to class but everyone gets an A. Cliff is chill. Very good for mental health and if you are dealing with shit.
Meditation, journaling every day, and every other class is a round table discussion on journals that were submitted anonymously.
