I actually took this class Fall '24, but it didn't give me an option for it. Kaitlyn is honestly one of the best teachers ever. Her class was so interesting and it was so clear to me how much she cared for her students. She gave such amazing and meaningful feedback on our work that was genuinely meant to help us grow and reflect. Her class wasn't quite graded on a scale. The way she explained it to us was that as long as she could see we were participating, putting in the effort, and pushing ourselves to improve in her class, we would get a good grade. And she meant it. Her assignments were always so reflective and you could really see how it connected to her personal interests and passions. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looked for an "easy" and meaningful ENWR.
Kaitlyn truly cares.

Kaitlyn is super chill and understanding. The assignments were all very straightforward and as long as you met the word count and put in some effort you will do well. There are readings basically every week, but they aren't super hard and you don't need to know them front to back because you discuss them in class. Would definitely recommend if you need an ENWR, will not be stressful at all.
