This class was really fun and was a great environment to learn how to lift in. I definitely felt stronger by the end of the semester and on the last day we maxed out on all the compound lifts which was really rewarding! The instructor is a super knowledgeable graduate student and she's friendly and helpful. The only downside is that it was early, but it was a fun one-credit to add to my semester. Definitely recommend! #tCFfall2021
