It's a good class to gain confidence when going to the gym and learning how to do basic weight training. I've definitely felt stronger and my mood's improved. However, 8ams were just really hard to wake up to.

A good way to learn about weight training. The teacher is a graduate kinesiology student, so he was pretty loose about attendance and participation but kept reminding us that we get out of the class what we put into it. It's early but he makes it fun. Definitely take this class if you need another credit or if you want to learn how to lift weights.
