This class is entirely asynchronous and can be completed at any time the only 2 hard deadlines are the midterm and final exam. It was all super doable, I listened to the lectures at 1.5x speed and they never took me that long probably like an hour or two for each chapter. I never really had to talk to the professor but she seemed nice in her emails. All activities have to be completed in order. The one downside is that you have to pay more than $100 for access to the online software, but the information contained is very helpful, especially for pre-meds.

This class was ABSOLUTELY amazing as an add-on for anyone pre-health or generally interested in medicine. The professor was amazing to work with, and was amazing with communications and ensuring that students thrived in the class. Exams are sampled from questions from self-test and quiz questions, so as long as you do the work you will easily get an A+ in the class!
