This was one of the harder classes I've taken at McIntire but by the end you learn so much more than in other courses. The work is very front loaded so it's more stressful at the beginning of the semester but then when other classes pick up, this one slows down a bit. Finley cold calls students which is terrifying at first but you get used to it towards the end. You go through a lot of content and you have to type fast to take notes but there's never any quizzes or tests because it's seminar based. Group project at the end where you present to UVIMCO's CIO which was interesting but could be difficult depending on who your random group is. Finley is an engaging lecturer and is quite entertaining, plus he seems to really care about getting to know his students.
