The course covers a lot of different reading material which definitely helped my French. The texts are definitely difficult, but the grading is relatively easy since there are no in-class tests; everything was essay-based. Prof Marks was really helpful in addressing all of my assignment- or content-related questions as well as in driving our in-class conversations with provoking questions and insight. (her french is also easy to understand lol)
