Review Summary Updated April 05, 2026

This course is widely seen as an incredibly manageable GPA booster that rewards consistent attendance over heavy reading or dense memorization. Lectures stay highly engaging through video analysis, movement demonstrations, and light in-class labs that handle most of the grading weight. The online midterm and final are straightforward, but you will still need to skim the presentation slides and remember key researchers or concepts highlighted during class to comfortably lock in a top grade. It is a low-stress, highly recommended option for both majors and non-majors as long as you actually show up, pay attention during demonstrations, and complete the minimal expected work.

I know everyone says this is the easiest class ever, but there is both a midterm and a final, and they both require you to actually study the presentations. Otherwise, very easy, pretty interesting, professor is super sweet.
