The course is fun, and the professor is a lenient grader, meaning as long as you put clear effort in and complete the assignment as asked, you don't have to worry about your grade and can instead focus on making your project as best you can. You learn some useful skills, although I will say, if you are self motivated and learn well on your own, it might be a better use of your time to teach yourself how to use various adobe products, as this is what you will be doing most of the time for this class if you really want to improve your skills. But, as someone who finds it hard to find the time to practice these skills, I enjoyed having a space to practice and learn new methods of working with the programs.
If you want to do a good job, the time committment outside of class is substantial, but if you enjoy this sort of work, it wont feel like much.

Good teacher and cares deeply about the subject. Make sure you do everything she asks for and well because she is hard on grading but a good CS elective.
