Pretty chill class. Lots of informative material. Randy is an expert in the topic. Exams were not hard. Two projects that were not overly difficult. Focus on the slide shows and memorize them.

Very chill and fun class. The material was interesting, especially if you're an athlete or interested in sports / weightlifting. There were 3 exams (none of them cumulative), 2 projects, and a participation grade. Would recommend! #tCFF23

I want to articulate a review that does not come across as bitterly lambasting but provides an accurate evisceration of how dissonant this course is from the UVa caliber. First, this class is incredibly similar to the other undergrad Nutrition course with so much of the very same content. Second, there is absolutely zero value or precedence set on Randy to attend class. Almost verbatim from the powerpoint slides he posts and nothing he verbalizes will be on the exam that is not on the power points. No clickers or attendance perks and if you could see how few people attend this class, you would recognize the illustration of what a let down this course is. Lastly, I want to conclude saying that I will get an A in this class, so do not be illusioned that this was written by a student frustrated with their grade. My frustration is in that students' are literally paying thousands of dollars to learn the information they are a google away from to simply get a GPA boost. The Kinesiology department and UVa need to fix this.

What you probably want to know: I skipped every single class but the exams and got an A, you have 3 exams (including a final that is *not comprehensive) and two papers for your only grade.
