Took this engagement Fall 2025 but won't let me select that option. I cannot stress how chill of a class this is. She teaches multiple engagements but the one I took was called Secret Life of Maps. We would have like one super short reading before each class and then discuss the topic of the reading in class. It is discussion based but she asks a lot of insightful and interesting questions so I found it very encouraging to answer them and found myself participating every class. Bultman is such an easygoing professor and super nice and passionate about her teaching. If you're looking for a low-stress, easy A+ engagement take this one for sure. We had weekly homework assignments that were a one page reflection on what we had discussed that week and as long as you had words on the page related to the topics you got full credit. The final was making our own map and she gave us full creative freedom. I got very excited about this and had a lot of fun making mine so definitely worth my while.
