I had Matt Lowry for this course. He is a nice guy and is knowledgeable. Make sure you are on time to class because he counts tardies. Super fun class that you can work out and chat with friends though. I would definitely recommend to everyone because it helps you to be consistent in the gym and I now feel so much more comfortable going to the gym by myself.
