Sydney did a great job teaching this course! The course was formatted where most of the grade was from attendance and participation. You were given 4 absences and anything past that you would need to complete makeup assignments for. Participation in the class meant just trying your best to complete the workouts. I really enjoyed the class because we learned new workouts each block (with four blocks total) and during class Sydney would demonstrate any new workouts, walk around and help with form, and answer any questions. She also did a great job suggesting alternatives if a workout was too easy or hard or if you had different goals. The only assignments we had were 3-4 goal setting reflections (just a few sentences) and creating our own workout plan at the end. For the final workout plan she provided lots of guidance and feedback. I felt like I gained so much confidence in the gym and also increased my weights on all the workouts. If you are new to weight lifting or just looking for some guidance, this is a great class! #tCFS24
