It’s discussion based and your grade is based on participation, a few simple reflections, and a year-long creative project that is totally open-ended. The focus of the class is to work on yourself and there is a major emphasis on journaling every day, although it is private and you never have to share which is why you get from it what you put into it. Not only is it an easy A if you show up to class, it is truly an enjoyable class and focused on creative things that you do and making yourself a better person.
