Professor Do cares about his students and is an effective lecturer. Even if you've never taken a proof-based math class before, an A is very achievable.

The homework could take a while, but was never unmanageable. We used Abbott's Understanding Analysis, which is phenomenally written. The problems Professor Do picked significantly aided my understanding of the content.

The exams were easier than the homework. Professor Do posted practice exams, and even posted two for the final, which greatly helped with studying.

My main problem with the course were the abysmal TA, who took far too long to grade. I bet this won't be a problem in the future. Additionally, Professor Do's office hours were at an inconvenient time, but he always responded to emails, so I never needed to go.

If you've never taken a proof-based math class before, and have the opportunity to take MATH 3310 with Professor Do, take it!
