Professor Ceaser is one of the best professors I've ever had at UVA. He is extremely knowledgable and very witty. Everyone should want to take a class taught by Professor Ceaser. The readings he assigns are short and very interesting. He has a great balance of both liberal and conservative readings, so you really get a full spectrum of thought when looking at political issues. This both helped me see the other side's point of view, and strengthen my own. Wish I could have him for another semester!!
