Would not take again, mainly because I didn't like the content as much as I thought I would---but the instructor wasn't particularly making the class interesting either. There are assignments with each chapter that are "quizzes," where you keep answering questions until you get your desired score. This could be tedious at times but I managed to do them all in my free time around the middle of the semester to be done with it. Easy 100s and all together worth 40% of you grade total. Midterm 1, 2, and 3 (final) were all 30 questions, and open-note and open-book. The final exam itself was take-home, which I really appreciated because it meant I could leave for break earlier! Professor Polillo certainly enjoys the topics, but it's an introductory, bare-bones class so there's only so much fun that can be had in my opinion. My TA was Chudie, and she was nice and very understanding when I had to miss class. She also tried to come up with fun games or activities each week for discussion section to keep us entertained, and I really appreciated the effort. While I would not take again, I don't regret taking the class because it was incredibly easy!
