Prof. Jaques is a good STS professor. He doesn't bog you down with unnecessary assignments and picks books that are relatively interesting. He seems to grade fairly and is very flexible to working with students. This STS class is kind of unavoidable, but Prof. Jaques makes it reasonably manageable.
