I took this when Elzinga and Mackay were co-teaching it, and it kind of blew because of that. Mackay was very good at organizing his lectures, but I think Elzinga has lost his edge. There were clicker questions, 3 total exams, and a discussion section. I get that this is a very popular class, but being in a room with 400+ people makes it pretty hard to understand the lectures.
