Course Description
Emphasizes eight core competencies: ethical practice, coaching mindset, agreement establishment and maintenance, trust and safety cultivation, maintaining presence, active listening, awareness evocation, and client growth facilitation. Aligns with core competencies established by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and completion of program fulfills the education hours required for the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the ICF.
