Course Description
This course equips students with essential management knowledge, concepts, and theory through practical healthcare experiences, preparing them for leadership roles in emerging and existing delivery systems. Students will explore the professional nurse¿s role in shaping patient-centered, effective healthcare organizations of the future. Students will complete an evidence-based practice learning project focused on quality improvement.
